With the change in our food culture and lifestyle now, there is a great demand for groceries. So it would be nice if we could talk a little bit about the quality of the Gotukola.

In our country, the ancients described the long-lasting brain as natural, divine medicine. But that is not all. Gotukola has a very old record of longevity. Chinese herbalist and religious teacher Li Xing Yuan notes that he has made Gotukola his own daily diet compulsory.

Anything is too good to be said, but it is not good. Western medical researchers believe that an interval of six weeks should be used every two weeks. Researchers at the University of Maryland show that people who have liver problems, especially those who have certain medications or those who have a history of cancer, should seek medical advice when using the stack.
Types
According to the development pattern, Gotukola is divided into two main types.
1. The manner of shrubs: As a shrub, many plants grow. The bush usually has 100-130 leaves, and the length of a stalk is about 100cm. About 10-15 people. Medium-sized leaves are of this type 2.5cm and width about 4.5cm.
2.Vines: shrubs are shrubs and drive growth. Therefore, it is spreading across the field. The roots of the spindle sprout in the drive and connect to the earth and grow into new plants.
These can be divided into three sections depending on the size of the leaf.
1. Varieties with large leaves [ stalk ]
The length of a leaf 5.5cm and width about 15cm. There are about 4-6 drives in on bush. The length of the stalks is about 15cm. The growth rate is higher than the shrub variety and the yield per unit of land is more. When mature, the flavour diminishes and should be harvested quickly.
2. Moderate sized leaf [ type Mirigama category ]
This is the length of a leaf 2.5cm and width about 4cm. The length of a stalk 10-15 is the same. There are about 30 leaves in one bush, and the bush produces about 4 to 6 drives. This variety is widely used for commercial cultivation. They taste better than other varieties. Also used for export.
3. Small leaves types/ Wel Gotukola –
Length of a leaf 1.5 cm and width about 2.5 cm. There are about 10 leaves in a bush, with three to five drives in one bush. Length of a stalk, there is about 6-8 cm. This is also known as the ” Wel Gotukola ”. There is a special demand for these on the market. This type is most commonly used for making porridge.
